Steve Keys
President / CEO
Steven A. Keys brings a wealth of technology
and entrepreneur experience to the voice market. He possesses an
in-depth understanding of how
to scale businesses with dynamic potential. His broad understanding
of leveraging leading edge technology and business processes to solve
problems was demonstrated in the launch and growth of MediaPrise,
Keywinn Development and Forza. His strong
commitment for building highly customer-centric teams is substantiated
by his multiple management awards.
Before joining the telecommunications industry, Keys spent 15 years
with IBM, leading the worldwide sales force automation development
and implementation effort. His past experience with IBM includes
several executive management positions managing software development
projects. Keys received his BS degree in Finance from Park College
Missouri.
Scott Branch
Marketing
Mr Branch leads the Marketing efforts for answer360
where he oversees a plethora
of duties for answer360, including but not limited to; business development,
sales force training, product development, promotions and marketing
strategies.
He brings with him a decade’s worth
of sales and marketing experience in fields ranging from online
affiliate marketing to the
printing industry. His varied marketing background, in the Banking
and Finance, Technology and Media industries enables him to being
a diverse set of experiences and skills to answer360. He is a perfect
fit for answer360 with his commitment to the customer first, and
his eye for detail makes Scott a great addition to the answer360
team.
Mr. Branch holds a BS in Marketing from Goldey-Beacom
College.
Mohit
Mehra
Client Services
Mr. Mehra leads the Client Services department
for answer360.
He brings extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Client
Services. Mr. Mehra develops and conducts ongoing Client Satisfaction
training for answer360.
His experience of managing Client Services
Support including Call Center management includes Fortune 500 companies
such as Microsoft, AMEX and Hutchison Max. Mr. Mehra holds his BS
in Accounting and Finance and his MBA in Marketing and HR.
Kassie Mason
Customer Account Management
Kassie leads the configuration account management and customer support
areas for answer360. Her previous telecommunications experience has
been focused on client services, account configuration and sales. Her
wealth of customer service and support experience elevates a culture
within answer360 of providing a first class experience
for our many customers.
Her commitment to customer service has resulted in various awards
and acknowledgements within the industry. |
